Installation Guide
- Create your accountRegister on the ORION website.
- Download the full clientUse the primary button in the Client Download section above.
- ExtractUnzip to a simple path (e.g. C:\Games\ORIONMU).
- Run the launcherOr main.exe if no launcher is listed.
- Apply patchIf a patch is listed, download and run it before first launch.
- LoginSelect Regular server · use your website credentials.

Antivirus & Windows Defender
False positive notice
Private server clients are sometimes flagged as false positives. Add your ORION install folder to your antivirus exclusions before extracting.
Do not download from unofficial sources — use only links on this page.
- Windows Security → Exclusions → Folder
- Disable incomplete-download blocking if extraction fails
Common Issues
Black screen / crash on start
Run as Administrator · disable fullscreen in options · update GPU drivers.
Cannot connect to server
Confirm you use the ORION client from this page · check server status on Home.
Missing DLL (VC++ / DirectX)
Install Visual C++ Redistributable — check Tools download if available.
Version mismatch
Download the latest patch · run launcher update.
Login fails
Use your website account · create one at Register first.
